Siliconate K is a clear, odourless concentrate of potassium methyl siliconate. Once diluted with water the liquid is introduced into predrilled holes by either transfusion or low pressure injection to form a continuous chemical damp proof course. Siliconate K is designed to be used in accordance with BS6576:2005 for installation of chemical damp-proof courses.

A Potassium Methyl Siliconate fluid supplied in concentrate form which when diluted with water as specified is used to create a chemical damp proof course in walls above ground level where an existing DPC has broken down or an orthodox DPC is missing.
