Rising Damp
Chemical injection damp proof course (DPC) treatment for rising damp caused by ground water seepage, leaving walls dry and ready for redecoration.
Condensation & Black Mould
Diagnosis and treatment of condensation and black mould, ventilation advice and installation, mould-killing products and dehumidifiers, plus surveys with a full report and recommendations.
Dry Rot / Wet Rot
Non-invasive survey, full report and remediation for dry rot and wet rot fungal decay in timbers, including prevention and replacement of affected wood where needed.
Timber Treatment
Treatment to kill and protect against woodworm and wood-boring insects in attic, flooring and wall timbers, addressing the damp and ventilation issues that let infestations take hold.
Basement Conversions & Tanking
Cementitious tanking, dimpled membrane systems and sump pump installation to turn damp basements and cellars into dry, habitable space. Backed by Agreement Board–certified systems.
Wet Room Waterproofing

Lift Pit Waterproofing

Floor DPM

New Builds
Damp proof course and waterproofing systems for new-build projects: Geotextile membrane, drainage membrane and bitumen systems from Wykamol, Delta, Triton and Grace.
Lectros Electro-Osmosis
A non-invasive alternative to chemical DPC: titanium anodes introduce a tiny, safe electric current that repels rising moisture back into the ground; neat installation, virtually invisible once finished.
Conservation
Specialist work on protected structures and historic buildings, including Leinster House, Trinity College Library and Cork Courthouse, treating damp, insect and fungal decay to conservation principles of minimum intervention.
